The Eternal Vigilance Institute (EVI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening America’s democracy through civic education, nonpartisan research, and public outreach. We believe that a healthy republic depends on an informed citizenry—one that understands how our system of government works, why it matters, and how evidence-based policy can preserve liberty and accountability for generations to come.

Born from the success of Eternal Vigilance Action, EVI serves as the educational arm of our mission. Where EVA engages in advocacy, EVI focuses on equipping citizens, educators, and policymakers with reliable information and practical tools to promote trust in our institutions and confidence in our elections.

Our work centers on three pillars:

• Civic Education: Teaching the principles and mechanics of American self-government to help citizens make informed decisions and participate meaningfully in civic life.

• Research: Conducting and publishing nonpartisan studies that illuminate how government systems can function more effectively and transparently.

• Public Outreach: Hosting programs, events, and resources that connect communities with the facts—and with each other—in constructive, solutions-oriented dialogue.
